Need to update this ship. Other than that the staff (excluding excursion staff) were great and helpful and always tried to go out of their way to help. Older ship, its showing its age. Carpet in rooms needs changed. Mis matched furniture in room. Very happy with the waiters and shows.

My waiter was wonderful. He was thoughtful and caring and we had a great time getting to know him. My room steward was nice but not real outgoing. I was impressed he always remembered our names. But he seemed to be very tired and withdrawn. He did a great job in our room though. Just his personality.

Bedside tables were mismatched. Older room, older carpet. Rooms need updated badly!
Purchased an excursion and it was terrible. Complained to customer service and they were never willing to help us out more. Only refunded us $11. Terrible experience.
Purchased another excursion to a private resort. By the time we got there it started raining and continued to rain all day. That is no ones fault, it was just a let down.
