Review summary

I reserved a inside cabin and once on bard they gave me porthole with one single bed and one sofa bed. Vessel need better make up, new mattress, new chairs on dining rooms and other areas. Food variety is poor and low quality preparation. Complementary drink for gold member is only available on the last night of the cruise. Spa service  are very expensive, we got access VIP pass for the entire cruise and your only privilege is the steam room and the busy Jacuzzi with no room for more than 10 people.

Carnival lost a lots of quality and price are not more cheaper than rest of the cruise companies.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
The ship is old and needs lots of make up internally, new bed, new TV, new chairs, etc

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
I got a port hole with one sofa bed and one single bed, it was an insult and robbery to sell that room as two bed for a couple.

Ship tip

An old and poor maintained vessel, with poor quality food, poor entertainment options.

a porthole is an upgrade from an inside cabin

yeah you need to not cruise.

perhaps the misunderstanding of the room set the course for the entire cruise? The thing about a cruises, you can't let a few hiccups dictate your entire vacation

That ship is going to P&O cruise line either later this year or next so the things you're mentioning such as new mattress probably won't happen. Also you should have known what you were getting when you booked your room unless you book a "Guarantee Cabin" which they can give you whatever.
