Ok but not worth the extra we paid
Ordered alcohol for the room and I was sent a receipt that the order would be there, it was not . I had to go to the desk no less than a dozen times and stand in line to get things straightened out. By the time I got things straightened out I had to pay additional money, lost several hours on two days fixing problem. No one ever contacted me as promised, it was always left up to me to fix problem.the next problem we incurred was internet, it was terrible and most times unusable, money was returned I believe on the 3rd or 4th day, but again had to waste large amounts of my time.most of my excursions were booked previous to going, but I did book one excursion thru the ship, definitely over priced, rushed and I wish I would have not even bothered. The ones I booked on my own were much nicer and a great value for the price. The shows on the ship were greatly disappointing they were not very professional, I felt like I was at a school performance. I found embarkation and disembarkation was very disorganized, took too long, and not enough food service was provided on embarkation day....not everyone wants to belly up to all you can eat. The only persons who went out of their way to make for a pleasant cruise was the waiters when we dined nightly at the dining room, they did a wonderful job. In the future I will be sticking with NCL they know how to look after their guests! This is the 2nd time I have cruised with Carnival thought I would give them another chance, they blew it! As for my first cruise with them there were so many disappointed people 800 people got off the ship on the first port of call!! And Carnival did nothing to try and offer anything for compensation. Trust me cruise with NCL they are much better and so is just about any other cruise line!!!
