Review summary
Got an email from Jeffrey Sherota. It offered up to 200 credit on this cruise if we booked another cruise while on this one. The e-mail gave us 5 years to take this next cruise. We when down and signed up the woman there said they would honor this email. But they only have a 2 year delay. The took our 100 and she said would get a letter in our stateroom later. Which we did. But it only offer 2 years delay. Went back to the desk and was told they would not honor this email. That pissed both of us off. We will never cruise with that cruise line again. We are also telling our family and freinds what went down with this email.Ports of call
Pros: Ports of call and the shows on ship.
Cons: The pushing of the bar drinks, the service in the staterooms.
Recommends Carnival Splendor? No.
