Recommends Carnival Splendor? No.

Food and Dining
Optional steak house had good food and great service, regular meals were hum-drum at best.
Service and Staff
Cabin steward was great, most of staff appeared to not want to be there.
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
La Romana, Dominican Republic
This country is a "skip it"
Don't Miss: Skip it all
Nassau, Bahamas
Once again, Carnival schdules this stop for 5 hours. After debarkation and meeting the tour, we had less than 3 hours on Paradise Island.
Don't Miss: Aquarium at Paradise Island
San Juan, Puerto Rico
Carnival scheduled this stop from 5:00 PM until midnight. We did get to see piles of garbage in the streets of San Juan.
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Best stop on trip. Megan's beach was great.
Don't Miss: Beach at Megan's Bay
