Review summary
This was our second time on an Alaskan cruise. We sailed with another cruise line previously, but got a great price on the Carnival Spirit, so we chose to take the deal this time! It was a good experience overall. The crew was fun and friendly, the room was more spacious than on the previous trip, and we enjoyed all the trivia contests/games on board. On the downside, the variety of on board activites was limited. There was always a place to listen to music and usually some trivia stuff, but there were lots of times that we would've liked more options since we don't gamble or want to go to art auctions. Thankfully, there were many more positives than negatives. We loved the trip. It's great for families! Our wait staff in the dining room was FANTASTIC and the activites people were very fun. The shore excursions made the trip even better! We had excellent experiences on them all!Ship experiences
