Wonderfull cruise

Sail Date: December 09, 2006

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The only thing I'd like to see changed is to reduce the number of days at the sea. Perhaps the ship can expend a night or two on the visiting ports. The crew was exellent, so was the food at the formal restaurant. Didn't like a bit the plastic cups for drinks. Room (window) was very confortable with king bed for two.

Pros: Shows, food and crew

Cons: Too many days at the sea

Recommends Carnival Spirit? Yes!

Acapulco, Mexico
City is crowded and in some places dirty. No much to see other than the divers. Restaurants are pricey for being Mexico.
Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa, Mexico
We took a tour in a taxi for two hours, what is sufficient to see what Ixtapa has to offer. Visited the restaurant with cocodriles and iguanas in Zihuatanejo. The best portion of the visiting ports.
Don't Miss: The tour to see cocodriles up-close in the restaurant in Zihuatanejo.
Manzanillo, Mexico
No much to see. Took a taxi tour for two hours to see the city. A port where tourism is not the main source of income, therefore not tourist frienly.
