Review summary

The ship was nice, it seemed though that there were not enough staff to accomodate the size of the ship.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
Waiters did not follow fine dining protocol. The food was never served warm. There was not enough variation in the menu.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
There was only one extravangaza song and dance show, the rest of the shows were very average. Comedians mostly funny, again, not what I have come to expect from a cruise.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
Not very many varied and exciting activities for the tweens to do.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
The best service we had all week was in the casino area. We knew we could get a drink there, and the staff seemed to know us the best of anywhere on the ship.

Ship Quality

Cabin / Stateroom

There were nice extras in the cabin, toothpaste, cold remedies etc...The room was plenty big for 3 of us to fit in comforatably.

We spent the day at an all inclusive resort. Very nice way to spend a day.

We went to a sea turtle rescue program and sent baby turtles to the ocean! Great! Also of course, see the cliff divers...amazing!
Don't Miss: Cliff divers!

Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa, Mexico

Loved this port. Quaint town, very friendly people.

Pros: Our cabin was spacious, the ship was lovely, we really enjoyed our shore excursions.

Cons: Service!! Dining room service not what I expect from a cruise ship. Also, food quality not great.
