Review summary

This was my first time on a cruise. Overall, I loved it. The experience and memories were worth it. The wait staff and house keepers were excellent. They always remembered my name and had a smile on their faces. They loved their job and that showed. Thank you for an awesome cruise!

The service and staff were awesome! We dined with Marko almost every night. He was always prompted and professional and a smile never left his face.

Had some stateroom issues with our floor being wet for two days. It created an awful smell. We contacted guest services twice before someone came to look at it. The second time at guest services they asked more detailed questions and got someone to look at our room. Not sure what the issue was but got a fan to dry the water. They cleaned up the smell and all was fine.
