Figure out how to get to the aft dining room before you eat there for the first time. You cant get through on decks 3 and 4 because the galley is in the way. If you hear people talking about a weird layout on this ship, this is what they are referring to. Everything else is easy. And do go as soon as you can...its a totally remodeled ship!

I do not suggest booking a room near the middle of the ship. The elevators were very convenient, but the area is open to the lobby on the third level which has a bar and nightly entertainment. It is quite loud until 11:00 PM.

When you're sailing with guests from hell, try to find something enjoyable about the cruise anyway. Don't let them ruin it for you. I believe this type of behavior is more common on the 3 day cruises, although I must say I've sailed 3 day Carnival cruises a few times and have never experienced this level of rowdiness. I guess I need to take into consideration what time of year it is next time...

There is so much to do, be sure to use the app so you don't miss the activities you want to do or see. Listen to instructions for disembarking, makes things a lot easier.
