Review summary

Overall it was a good cruise. There’s something to do all day long.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
Even though we selected the time we wanted to arrive, everyone was put in one long line. It seemed very unorganized and took us over an hour to check in.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining room food was great. I love trying the “rare finds”. Chef’s table was amazing. All of the restaurants were good except Guy’s BBQ. That was trash! He’s greens looked radioactive. The unlimited soft serve was great when you wanted something sweet at night.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Onboard activities were fun, when they weren’t canceled. But there’s something you can do from the moment you wake up all through out the day an night.

Service and Staff

Waiters were outstanding. Our room steward, Yougah, was absolutely wonderful. We booked this cruise for my husband’s birthday and everyday he did something to acknowledge his special day.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The layout was a bit difficult at first. People from the higher decks should be able to eat at the sunrise dining room while the lower decks go to sunset. It was a hassle to get to the dining room since not all floors have through access. Some of the decor seemed a bit dated. Some barstools were ripped apart and looked a little tacky. But staff was very swift with cleaning up any mess and picking up trays.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The room size was ok. The coffee table took up most of space. We put it in the shower during the day to make more room. Our king size bed, I seemed smaller than usual but it was comfortable. We loved having a balcony.

Disembarkation

We carried our own bags down rather than having them picked up and placed in a zone. It was sooo much easier and faster to get off the ship.
