Sailed February 25th to March 4th. Although we were following a nor’easter storm and the ship was rocking terribly we had an amazing time. The ship’s crew was incredible. Saffie, our cruise director was amazing. We will definitely be seeking her out on the next cruise we book with Carnival. The boat was beautiful, as were all the ports of call. We loved the sushi bar, the steakhouse, and the beer pong tournament at the rum bar!

Sailed Feb25-Mar4th. Visited Princess Cays. Nassau and Freeport. Tons of entertainment on the ship and couldn’t have asked for a better stateroom attendant. We hit rough seas on the way back to port but the Captain did a great job in keeping us safe. I have no complaints about this cruise. Food was good and Guys Burgers was addicting.

This was the by far the worst cruise we've been on. This was our 6th cruise with Carnival and we're thinking it might be the last! Things started out bad and never got any better.

So much fun. Loved my room, the staff who were very friendly, the activities and the food. Nice excursions and very organized. The App they have you download keeps you updated with everything.

Ok. We hit bad weather. This review has NOTHING to do with that as it did not impact our trip other than prolonging it by a few hours. This ship is not only small, but old and in serious need of updating and dry dock. Decor, rooms, lounge, dining areas, and rec areas are literally falling apart in areas. Paint peeling, screws loose, tiles creaking etc. the two pools are tiny and the water slides were closed for 4 out of our 7 days. I watched a little girl pull an electrical plug right out of the hot tub. The arcade has like 4 games and an air hockey table. The mini golf course had so many loose bricks and torn carpets it was almost unplayable. The buffet had the exact same menu all 7 days. The soft serve ice cream was almost always liquidy or not working at all. The nail in the coffin was that after we hit the “bomb cyclone” (again...no impact on score) carnival CHARGED us for Dramamine for my daughters. Every other cruise I’ve ever been on supplies it free without question. I would have left only a 1 star, except my daughters had a blast. If this cruise was cheaper to reflect the age and quality of the ship I wouldn’t have minded. But carnival certainly wasn’t giving it away. I did not receive anywhere near what I expected.

Our cruise experience was wonderful, the ship is small but has a great layout and never felt crowded the food was delicious & our room was perfect. Looking forward to cruising again with Carnival!!

I really enjoy the Pride. The crew is great. The ship is very pleasant and easy to get around. I loved the balcony (4166). So many positives. Just a nice way to spend a week. I would just get the social media level WiFi. Each time I get the “Premium” it runs really slow, and the only thing that works is the social media sites. Other than that, and the common complaint of a smoky casino, things were great. I’ll be going again on the Pride for sure. (Note to all cruisers: Keep your expectations reasonable and be determined to have a good time, and you will enjoy yourself every time.)

I love that Carnival has the option of leaving from Baltimore since it saves us on airfare. Just wish the ports during February break would be changed up from time to time. Would recommend they add Grand Turk and Amber Cove to their winter schedule (if possible).

One thing though any ship I have been on cleans and turns down your cabin twice a day because the cab8n steward has about twice the rooms to clean daily you have to ask to have it done at night. If you don't they only clean in the morning and you get a towel animal then which is weard

Just got off the Pride nice cruise being from NJ EASY AND CHEAP to get to one thing out of 17 previous cruises I did not ha e to tell the cabin Stewart to clean our cabin and turn down the bedding they only do it in the morning the Seward explained not enough help and he was right

I would reccommed this cruise to anyone looking for a 1st cruise. It was breathtaking for me and I loved it and the memories I have of it!

There was a medical evacuation before we left Baltimore, which caused us to leave a little late. There was a second helicopter medical evacuation on Tuesday by the Coast Guard. Prayers to both families. We had a great time on the cruise to the Bahamas. The weather was great, the staff was pleasant and attentive, and looking forward to sailing on the Pride again.

Just got off of the Pride and it was amazing! The crew was magnificent as well as Saffie, our cruise director! They definitely made sure that my partner and I had a wonderful anniversary. It was also our first cruise so we definitely will be cruising again!!! The Pride now has a special place in my heart. 😘 🚢 🐠 🌴 🏝

CARNIVAL PRIDE I just arrived back home from an awesome cruise on the SS Carnival Pride. This was my wife and 12 year-old son's first cruise, so the stakes were high. The Cruise Maryland Terminal folks were great. It did rain the first two sea days and the seas were rough, but the experience, crew--and food was awesome. Saffie was our cruise director and she kept us all laughing the entire week. The food in the Normandie was also great. Troy, Sopring and Dennis were great wait staff--especially when they danced ☺. Can't wait for the next one.

This was my wife and son's first cruise, so the stakes were very high for Carnival--and for me:) Overall it exceeded mine and family's expectations. We are already booking our next cruise on the Pride.

We really like the pride. We have to get adjoining rooms because we have 3 kids, but the price is actually quite reasonable and Baltimore where it sales from is only a 9 hour drive for us. We love the pride.

This ship is the perfect size and has the perfect amount of passengers and crew. Whereas on larger Carnival ships like the Dream class where the crew always seems rushed and stressed, the crew really seem to enjoy serving you on the Pride. In 7 sailings on her we have only encountered one negative crew experience, and even that was petty and easy to look past. The ship was built in 2001 so it does show its age some. If you’ve been on newer ships you’ll probably pick up on a few rusted metal areas on deck 3 or maybe some loose tile in Mermaids grille, but she really is maintained well and is the perfect way to vacation. I highly recommend the Carnival Pride. I did not enjoy her until she received the 2.0 upgrades, but now she can hang with her big sisters in the fleet. I only give it 4 starts instead of 5 for lack of water slides. The green thunder is okay, but the yellow slide is extremely slow and boring even for our 10 year old son. I’d like to see a new slide replace it.

We just got back from our 7 day cruise on the Pride..... I wanted to love this ship, however the water slides didn’t work, there was a very strong smoke Oder and I was bored a lot of the time. Our room steward did the bare minimum. We had to restock our own room with beach towels and wine glasses after giving him a couple of days to get it right. With all that said, I will book with Carnival again but I will probably leave from a different port on another ship.

This was second time we were on this ship and we loved it just as much as we did last time. The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to make our vacation excellent!

This is the fourth time on this cruise and never had a bad time
