We had a great time and majority of the staff is amazing. There is a charge that was put through on my card after the trip that needs to be explained.

I purchased the bubbles package but was charged for soda on two occasions. I had to address it with customer service who was not receptive or apologetic and said they'd investigate it and get back to me. This should not have been an investigation and no one got back to me. Although refunded, I had to go back and inquire about my complaint to receive a response. This was an inconvenience that shouldn't have happened. To be on the safe side, I literally had to advise the bartender that I had the package to avoid being charged. We were delayed disembarking to Princess Cays which delayed excursions. As a result, lunch and beverages were removed. We were hungry and thirsty and I found this to be unfair that we missed lunch at no fault of ours. We should have been accommodated for this. There was a short Asian woman at the excursions desk who should at least smile and pretend to be happy to be there helping guests spend hundreds of dollars. I purchased licorice candy from the candy store that was not edible but I did not return it. Testers and tester strips should be placed appropriately for guests to try them. Some fragrances did not have testers and the strips had to be requested. Which doesn't make sense.

For 7 day cruises, the cabins and bathrooms should be bigger. Erfan was amazing! Unfortunately,
the cabin wasn't as clean as it should've been. Upon arrival, there was a lot of dust, hair in the shower, a missing TV remote, and a hair ball on one side of one of the beds.

The ship is old and it smells so. Not sure if it's the carpet but a renovation is well overdue. Not
The excursion was great but the port is less than. The variety of shops were not good and it would be nice to have better and more options for eateries.
