Review summary

I was on Royal Caribbean last year. When we dock I cried. I hated to get off the boat. Carnival was so terrible we couldn't wait to get home. I've never had rude bartenders at bars like in the lobby and the pool. And I don't drink a lot. Getting off was a nightmare. Never again. Glad to get away from that nasty smell too.i saw they rated me a 3.2 that was too high. At the most 2.5.

They had only one pool open a lot of times So that was overcrowded, music in bars we're good and Red Frog Bar had a lot of fun things.

Bartenders had attitudes, staff would forget things. Thank God for the nice workers esp. Luther in the Red Frog Lounge (bar 2 2nd floor)

Disembarkation

Getting off the boat was a nightmare . They had you leave your room and than it was all these people with no place to go. Also they only had one set of elevators working making so difficult to get a elevator down with your luggage.

Sorry you didn’t enjoy your cruise but I am surprised the HMC only got one star. Last time we were there it was beautiful.

The sewage smell is from you or your fellow passengers flushing things down the toilet that clogs the system.... the poop cruise name came from a ship that lost power for days stuck at sea... it was one ship, not the cruise line... also, people that complain about the staff, should probably check themselves in the mirror.
