Review summary

Fantastic food and service, most comedians were good, itinerary was excellent. Carnival handled the Baltimore port closure well, providing buses from Norfolk to Baltimore, and issuing $100 per cabin of onboard credit.

We were on Royal Caribbean out of Baltimore March 23, and they bussed us back to Baltimore. No cabin credit though.
