The worst cruise I have ever been on! And when trying to voice my issues I got treated aggressively, rudely and to the fact that they didn’t care!

Every night our waiter forgot to take the order of at least one person at our table. On top of that the food was horrible. We barely ate anything bc the food was so bad. We ended up trying to eat at one of the snack or lunch bars every night.

There is no entertainment on the ship except comedy shows or trivia games. There were only two jacuzzi’s on the ship so they were always packed horrible with people. On top there were two slides but nothing else as for activities go.

You can only watch a comedy show once so after that we only had the casino to go to.

The customer service manager Mai or Kai, something like that was rude and agressive. My husband got injured by stepping on a piece of metal in our room and she didn’t care! She said there was nothing they could do. Then it was very apparent that our room had not been cleaned bc there was stuff left in the fridge, cabinets and dirty sheets but for that she offered to buy us two drinks. Are you kidding me!!! To start off my vacation I had to clean my own room!

Not only was my room not cleaned but as I was being treated horribly by the customer service manager I heard two other people complain about their rooms not being clean!

Size was small. I’ve been on 3 other cruise liners for example Norwegian and all had larger rooms. There was absolutely no cleanliness. I had to clean myself to make sure we didn’t get injured again by stepping on a sharp piece of metal on the floor!
Ship tip
Do not go! It’s a waste of money and they treat you rudely, aggressively or just pass you from person to person until you get tired of wasting your vacation time! Go with Norwegian, Royal Caribbean or Costa they are so much better!

Heavyseas, that you for bringing it to my attention that the food was 5 stars bc that was a mistake. I was extremely tired when I wrote this and just missed that. As for the 5 stars for the entertainment that is only based on the comedy show we saw and not the lack of other entertainment.
Just got off the Pride on this exact same itinerary. I would agree about the dinner menu... not great. Customer service was absolutely outstanding on this ship, it's hard to believe that they wouldn't help with a room that had not been properly turned over. So you brought your own clean sheets? Sounds sus. Sorry to hear about the injury; those patterned carpets make it hard to see if something is on the floor.
Was on her several times and it was fine. What are you eating on a daily basis at home that the food isn't good? Carnival has stage shows, and customer service is excellent. Rooms are bigger than other cruise lines.
I don't know what norwegian ship you were on, but I was in the pearl ( about to sail again on the pearl Monday) and the room is twice as small as carnival's
