This was the roughest seas that we have ever experienced in our 10 cruises. Of course there was a hurricane in the Atlantic Ocean that caused us to be rerouted from Bermuda to Grand Turk.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Exceptional service by our dining room staff. Kaur, Mahressi and Putra were fantastic!!! I would ask for them again on my next cruise.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship is getting old and could use some changes to brighten things up a bit.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Our cabin was sufficient in size and lay out. My only complaint was the creaking and banging coming from the balcony door which kept us awake several nights.

Ports of call

King's Wharf, Bermuda Did not visit port

We got rerouted due to Hurricane Dorian.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Disemabarkation was very slow. We were self assist but had to wait until the appropriate deck number was called. I thought the benefit of self assist was to be able to disembark before the indidivual decks were called.

Baltimore disembark is the slowest I’ve ever gone through. Last year I wasn’t off that ship until 12:30!!! Sounds like they haven’t improved on it.

Glad you were able to enjoy yourself in spite of not being able to go to Bermuda!
