Overall it was a good cruise. We hit some bad weather and suffered a few days of sea sickness, but besides that it was good. Our room was great, the food and entertainment was good, and everybody we met was very friendly. I can't wait to go on another real soon.
Embarkation
4 out of 5
We had a Vista Suite so as soon as we parked our car and went into the cruise terminal, we went directly through security and onto the ship. The entire process took around twenty minutes. Very swift and very smooth!
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
We had dinner at David's the first evening and the service and food was as good as always. The food and service all around the ship was very good.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
There are a lot of on board activities but we did not participate in any.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The band in the Red Frog Pub was pretty good. They mostly played 80's stuff but the night they played country, the place was packed. The ship needs to have more different types of music.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The service we received all around the ship was phenomenal. The bartenders were all very nice and a few even remembered our names after a few times being served. Our room steward, Ni, was exceptional and took great care of us all week. No matter what time of the day she saw us she always asked us how our day was with a bright smile. The service in the main dining room and at David's was good as well.
Ship Quality

I love the Pride ship. She is getting old but she is still pretty and very clean. The crew was cleaning somewhere all the time. Even when we were in port 2 different days, our balcony got scrubbed down along with our windows. It was like that all over the ship while we were on it.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a Vista Suite located at the very back of the ship and it was great. The balcony was huge and we spent a lot of time on it. The bathroom was very large and had double sinks. I would definitely book this room again.
Ship tip
If you do get an aft room and the seas get a little rough, the rocking can get pretty bad. If you suffer from sea sickness, you may not want at the back of the ship. We had to sail close to Hurricane Emberto and the rocking we had was pretty intense and sometimes it got frightening. I am still having vertigo episodes and I have been off the ship 3 days. But on an up note, during calm seas the aft room with balcony is wonderful!
We stayed at a really nice hotel in the Inner Harbor. That area of Baltimore is nice with attractions such as an aquarium, old historic ships and submarines that can be toured, a lot of shopping and restaurants and pubs. There was a lot to do and glad we stayed down there.
We were in a suite so were the first off the ship. We had to go to the Red Frog Pub by 9:15 and we were off of the ship by 9:30 and driving out of Baltimore bu 9:40. It was a very smooth process and very well organized.
