Loved the cruise and all the ports. Would love to go back to Balitmore, but with the ship being what it is. We really wouldn't care to go back on her, Sad but it's true. Maybe after dry dock, but for me it just wasn't the Sunshine.

Daughter had a chicken bone in her Wrap. Main dining room wait staff and food was awesome!! The food at the buffet was good, got very boring with scrambled eggs most of the days

Spa had a special of: 75 minute Full body Swedish Message,Full Body exfoliation, neck and head, and feet for $129, So i booked one for my daughter and I.... Got charged with a 50 minute message, only did the backs of our legs for exfoliation. Wasn't even dressed and they where pushing the eye cream on my daughter and I and already charged us for it!! We didn't get the whole 75 minutes and walked out of there feeling like we both dipped ourselves in oil. That we had to immediately take a shower.

The Jewlery store personnel seemed to rather dance around then to help with the customers, they played the music so loud that you couldn't hear what they where saying. And if you lucky enough to have someone to help you they didn't know much about the products or was rude and seemed to be bothered by you. The Security and Maintenance department was exceptional with my Daughter and Sister in law getting locked out of there room.

Saw many,many dirty dishes and cups laying around. It was very hard to find garbage cans. I even saw some of the waitstaff walk right by stacks of dishes. Never had that happen on the Sunshine.There also could have been more hand washing units. Yes they did have the hand sanitizers but a good old fashion hand washing would be good. Didn't care for the second half of the lido deck to be closed off, this was like the "smoking section" of the ship. Not passing judgement of smokers I was one, but couldn't enjoy the hot tub or pool especially in the morning due to so much cigarette smoke.

It's ok for a first cruise. The ship needs a Major dry dock and the staff needs more training.
