Weather was questionable because of hurricane Michael. The crew are super polite. The views are great. Food taste good/great.

Embarkation

We were told we needed to see guest services are we boarded the walkway. When we asked why the gentleman couldn’t tell us why. Nothing serious came of needing to visit guest services but we felt very nervous the entire walk there.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Clean and great tasting. However my child being a “picky eater” had limited options for food at the buffets. The food available in the main dining room was great and would have been useful to have at the buffets. Dave’s restaurant was a great experience! Great food and service.

David's Steakhouse

Beautiful. Professional. Great tasting.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Our son loves the pools. Arcade room wasn’t very fun in our opinion. In my opinion more activities in a larger area was all it really needed. Maybe some music and cool lighting. Found a dead bird on the mini golf course. More table tennis and bag toss areas are needed as well. The same people always had the activities occupied so getting a chance to play was something I didn’t have an opportunity to do

Entertainment

Children's Programs

4 out of 5
Child’s pick of activity should probably be done the entire day. My child wanted to play Nintendo switch but often couldn’t because it wasn’t child choice. That was upsetting to find out. The people working in the rooms were very nice and I felt comfortable leaving my child with them. The Halloween trick or treat activity was nice and even better when cat in the hat made an appearance

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Kadak was our room steward. We couldn’t have had a better man helping us and cleaning our room. People at guest services were always helpful when something arose during our trip. Polite polite polite- everyone

Cabin / Stateroom

Light bulb was broken inside our cabin when we arrived. It was taken care of without any inconvenience to us.

Ship tip

Buy faster to the fun. It’s worth it!

Ports of call

Baltimore, Maryland Did not visit port

Grand Turk Island

3 out of 5
7 times a native to the island asked my husband to buy drugs. That’s not a cool experience to have on a family vacation. The beach wasn’t the best. Meaning we stepped on corral a lot and the black colored algae or sea weed was inconvenient

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

We cancelled our excursion due to weather. It was mostly a repeat of the same gift stores and other ships to look. This port was busy with marine business it didn’t give you a feeling of being on vacation anymore

Disembarkation

Everything went well. Waiting is hard and that’s a lot of what we experienced
