Review summary

We booked our first back to back cruise. We boarded 9-23-18 and was on the Pride for 2 week. We had a blast and we were able to relax and unwind. Our cabin Steward Chris was WONDERFUL! The staff works hard to keep the ship clean. We have been on the Pride 2 times before and really like this ship. They are updating and changed our carpet on a port day. They were very quick and the new colors (blue) is nice. We would recommend this Ship.

The main dining and steak house staff were wonderful. The food is just OK in the main dining room and buffets (somethings are good). Guys burger's are awesome and never fail to please. David's steak house has just updated their menu and their new seasonings for the steaks are very good. David's appetizers for someone who doesn't like sea food is very limited to non-existing and when paying a $35 up charge can be disappointing. But the staff and steak make up for it. As for the drinks..... We do not drink alcohol and can't comment on this. The soda's are kept at room temp and when put on ice it melts the ice quickly. The soda are not cold and end up watered down when poured over ice. (I like a cold soda so the ice doesn't water it down)

The staff was great and always working very hard.

The ship is very clean. One staff member told me that they had been on other Carnival ships and this Captain has high expectation for a clean ship. I like the layout and think it is well organized and easy to find your way around.
