Review summary

Avoid....avoid....avoid.. the company lost when sight of customer service. Had construction for 3 days on the room right next to me for 3 days in a row. Hammering started promptly at 8am. They Nickle and dime u for things that should be complimentary. Think of it like the spirit air of the seas.

The construction could be a problem if you wanted to sleep late. (I try to get up before the sun, but that’s me.) The rest of the problems are just part of everything. I prepay and usually get some port or tax credit when I get on the ship because I paid too much.

I believe the crew deserves every penny that they earn!! my wife and I have sailed on 11 cruises and I would say that 90% of the time the crew was fantastic

well to each their own i guess. this is my second time on the ship. i wnet when "the shwartz" was the fun director and it was awesome. the experience was soo good i booked again. i was disappointed this time around. because of this i wont cruise on the pride again.

The Pride is our #1 Carnival ship. Crew was excellent and worth their tips in my view, food was great, and the Spirit class ships are a great layout.

Gratuities ate not unique to carnival, and if you feel like the staff doesn't work hard enough you can have them removed. Thankfully people are not required to cruise, because it's not for everyone.
