Review summary

We are east coast people. We have been told that for families this is the best port and cruise and we were not disappointed. The staff on this cruise were superior and friendly, food was AMAZING and abundant and other families were personable, but knew when to keep to themselves. I would absolutely take this trip again.

Constantin in the restaurant was the most memorable. He remembered my daughters dish everyday and made her feel very comfortable. Everyday when we would go to eat she would only want to eat because he would know her dishes. I appreciated that he took the time to remember her name and picky way of eating. This was very special.

Trishna ("T") was the best and greeted myself and my children daily. During the first night 7/22 -7/23 I could not sleep this was the first night of our departure so I walked to Lido deck about 3 am and I was upset (my older son 21 y/o had left to boot camp that same day and it just so happen to also be my bday). One of the staff, Alpin noticed that I was crying - he was in the middle of cleaning the floor with the chemicals. He stopped what he was doing and sat with me. He was very concerned. I tried to assure him that I was alright, but he insisted that he would just sit quietly with me until I was okay. I was very moved. I felt terrible for taking up his time, then he gave me a mask because he thought the cleaning chemicals may be too harsh and went on his way. I saw him throughout the trip and he just waved. I think that the empathy of the Carnival staff and personnel is wonderful. They have all been perfect.

Love the Pride, as i tell people she may be a little older, she may show signs she is, but she is always kept immaculately clean and the crew has always been amazing. 4th cruise in 1 month.
