Review summary
Not sure what it is about this ship but the staff is always amazing. Cruise director Leigh was charismatic and entertaining. Fun squad members like Blake made waiting to debark absolutely pain free and kept us entertained. Bartenders Nicolea and Dejean at Alchemy are both wonderful bartenders and very pleasant to be around. Dining Staff Stanley, Mikey, and Ajayat (Jay) were amazing. They always made us feel welcomed with a smile and asked how our day was going. I know they are supposed to ask but they did seem as if they genuinely cared . We will 100% be cruising with Carnival and likely on the Pride again.Embarkation

Love the burritos and breakfast items. When I have extra time in the morning or just not feeling the buffet or dining room this is where I go.
Normandie Restaurant
Food was very consistent, few minor missteps such as SLIGHTLY over cooked lobster tail, Country fried chicken was a bit dry but very flavorful. And do yourself a favor, get the Indian vegetarian option at least once while on board.
Alchemy Bar
Drink menu is unique and the bartenders on our cruise, Nicolea and Dejean were both exceptional.
