This was our first cruise for all of us. I traveled with my three teenage children as well as my mother. We were very impressed with the level of service that we received. All of the Carnival employees, from the room stewards to the wait staff to the entertainment crew were extremely friendly and provided exceptional service! Food, entertainment and our cabin were all great as well! We would definitely cruise with Carnival again.

Room steward (Ketut) was great. He kept our room clean, made sure we had everything that we needed & told us he was available anytime should we need anything. In the Normandie room, Mohammed & his team were fantastic. All three of them went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant experience every evening.

This was our first cruise and the size of the room was actually much bigger than we had expected. We were very pleased with the comfort of the beds & the cabin was very clean.
a little disappointed with this port, as it basically was just for shopping. We were not there long enough to do an excursion and there were no beach areas to visit near the port
