Review summary

My experience on Royal Caribbean was much better. The dining options on RC were much better.

The cruise director, Saffie, wasn't good at her job. She constantly rambled on during events. At large parties she always found a way to separate the crowd thus squelching the fun for the group as a whole.

Sorry to be negative. After sailing on Royal Caribbean and having a great cruise director, large state room, bigger ship it was a noticeable difference. Not so much though in the dining room & waiter. Both were great.

Been on the Pride three times and never had a problem. Not saying it couldn’t happen but I have never had a problem.

We had her in may as well the kids enjoyed her high energy during the build a bear workshop and the food was way better than the last 2 years. We are actually set to sail again may 6

Sorry you had a bad experience. We were on in December and had just the opposite experience. The food was outstanding and the crew and staff were exceptional. The experience was so good we booked again for next year before we left the ship. Saffie was phenomenal and could not have been better at her job for our cruise. She was on point every day and everyone commented on it regularly. I hope she is there next December too, she really made our cruise fun. I do agree about the HVAC system as it was just too warm and despite asking for help it remained so. But we wedged the balcony door open and that sufficed, and frankly the sound of the ocean was awesome.
