Overall it was a great first cruise. The overall environment was amazing and it really truly felt like vacation. Wish there had been more onboard entertainment for young adults (25-30) since there was so much time on the sea. Thank you to our steward Wayan for being so attentive to us.

Food was sooooo amazing! Drink package was good. Unfortunately the last evening I hit the drink limit and was cut off so that was a bummer.

Onboard Activities

On the Pride it was the Skybox Sports Bar. Our bartender Sandor was AWESOME! Had us coming back every night!!
Serenity Aft Pool
3 out of 5
Unfortunately Serenity isn't large enough for the amount of adults that want a child-free zone. We didn't get a chance to spend much time out of there because there really was no room and all the daybeds, chairs, etc were always filled.
Entertainment

Wished there was a bigger variety of shows. We did see the comedy shows, which were great.

Service and Staff

Everyone on the ship is SO friendly. They really go above and beyond to make everyone feel special. We cruised during my birthday and everyone from room steward, to waters, etc all noticed and acknowledged by birthday which was awesome.

Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
I would say this is the "worst" part of the trip. Our stateroom was clearly out-dated. The drawers under the couch had handles missing, making them incredible hard to open. The TV was an old tube TV in which the Power button didn't work.
Ship tip
DO IT. Definitely worth it. You will have a great time!
Easy disembarkation. Had an awesome time in Universal! Unfortunately our bus left late from the ship so that gave us even less time to spend but the perfect weather and less than 5 min wait lines (!!!!) made up for it!
Be careful when booking excursions. We did not realize there was a difference when booking the dolphins. There was dolphin "encounter" and dolphin "swim". Both of which had very similar descriptions but we had chosen the encounter. The people who chose the swim seemingly had more interactions, while we had about 1.5 hours of waiting in different lines, then .5 hr of actually dolphin interaction. This really ate into our "private beach day" portion of the excursion. And to top it off, no where does it say that you cannot take your own pictures and videos when you book the excursion, only to find out when we got there that the underwater camera I had bought was not allowed. So fine, we were a group of 5 and going to suck it up and purchase the pictures the "professional" photographer had taken. 1 the photos weren't that great & 2 Although the price on the board said $89.99 plus tax all the sudden they changed the price to $120 (tax included) because we had a "5th person and the $90 is only for up to 4 people"... complete BS if you ask me. So we asked to just buy 1 photo each (was willing to pay like $20-30 for a photo) and NOPE. So we walked away from this with no photos or videos. The dolphin Vin and the trainer were great... everything else about the excursion not so much. The water in which you go into for the dolphin was all jagged and painful to walk on which would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have brought water shoes. On another note, we wish there would have been more time on the islands as we didn't get to explore much when the excursion was over.
Glad you enjoyed your cruise.. Keep the cruise bug alive and sail again 😃🚢🍹Ive been on the Pride twice so far and have ejoyed both trips... The ship is just the right size and easy to get around on... I will definitely go back on her again..
