Review summary
This was our first cruise and we had a great time. All of the staff were great. Our table crew of Desa, Tusantha and Sedana were " The Best Ever". They remembered our names and what we had to eat and drink. We had a great time each night at dinner. All the activities were fun also. We enjoyed Song Trivia a lot.
I do have a concern about your Carnival Hub App. I loved that we could see all the activities for each day and see maps of the ship. However, the Chat option was not very good. The last night it took 50 minutes for my son to get his message. I also liked that we could see our balance on our account but it was not current with the credits. Overall I am glad I signed in though and will do it again if we cruise.
The only other concern I had was the disembarkation waiting process. Clearly everyone did not follow directions as to how to be seated in the Taj Mahal. I know you all were busy getting the ship set up for your next cruise, but it would have been nice to have a couple of people to direct them where to sit per their deck. Everyone wanted to sit in an aisle seat so all the center seats were open and hard to get into.. Just a little confusing for a while. When they called our deck we were able to go through at a run. It was great.
I hope we can do another one in the future!

Ship tip
I would say to get a balcony...even with an obstructed view.
