Review summary

It was ok. I have been on better but also Not the worst. The staff work extremely Hard and they should all get a raise. Haha! Truly I couldn't imagine. Overall the ship is so So wish more activities like a cooking class or a dance class but otherwise if you only be bingo it's the cruise for you.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

The food was okay...sure is a sport I tell ya! Whew but it was good. Not amazing but good. Drinks was a little frustrating to wait at the bar because others just wanted a soda but all in all Not bad.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
A lot and I mean a lot of bingo! Otherwise the comedians were hillarious definitely worth going to see! Thanks randy Andy for setting them all up!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
As I said before comedians were wonderful!

Children's Programs

No kiddos

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Seriously Dickson and Monica made our dining experience so wonderful. They were personable and just wonderful. Truly if I could give them more stars I would. They were the best part of the whole ship!

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
It's a little old in some Areas but good. I had to ask our stewards to change sheets and also give us new towels but once he understood my needs he was great!

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Great cabin-- next time I get a suite with a tub! Otherwise we were ok!! Truly a balcony makes all the difference to just breathe and enjoy!

Ship tip

The slides are worth it at any age!

Ports of call

Baltimore, Maryland

Great that we LEFT from there haha!

Grand Turk Island

5 out of 5
Couldn't say anything but wonderful things for my excursions I booked outside of carnival. We had a wonderful time with faith and team snorkeling and kissing the sting rays :)

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

3 out of 5
Pretty...but yeah after a bit it's like ok...now what!? Also if a carnival island you should really allow the cheers package out there. Seriously to Nickle and dime everything is silly!

Freeport, Grand Bahama Island

2 out of 5
Meh...junky! We went on our own to snorkel lots Of turtles which made it wonderful but truly the island isn't anything to write home about.

Disembarkation

2 out of 5
Looooooong wait..... Also took away snacks etc so there was nothing to do but wait...

Actually a cooking class or paint and sip is not a bad idea. I would sign up. Thanks for your candid and honest review. Some of us just don't like shopping, oops I mean vacationing, at walmart

we have a cruise critic, that has been one one cruise with nothing to compare. we don't you take a cooking class at your local community college

Oh goodness gracious! Well aren't you just the daintiest little, hard to please, Princess. Seriously, is there anything you say in your reviews that isn't laced with condescending snobbery? "Oh look at extravagant little me! Your poor-person cruise can't ever hope to satisfy the tasteful whims of one so high and mighty such as I. I'm so far above all you proletariats who enjoy stupid things like junky tropical islands, and dumb crystal clear waters. You can keep your tawdry Carnival excursions, for I will seek out the tasteful finery of my OWN excursions. Oh, If you only knew the sheer delight of being me!"
