Review summary

For my first cruise, I was underwhelmed with the accommodations and availability of public restrooms. Having to ask several people (staff) where a rest room is located, and they were not aware - VERY FRUSTRATING!

The food, waitstaff, Events were spectacular!

Disembarkation time needs to be improved.

Cabins needs refurbishing.

Next time we'll try another cruise line.

In addition to cabin issues, general overview ladies room availability on Lido deck was ridiculous! The ladies room mid ship was out of order the entire cruise. I'd love to discuss further.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin needs to be refurbished. The dresser/credenza is chipped. Vanity mirror never cleaned. Stains on bed overlay (blood?) Never enough towels. Plastic covering lights askew. (King) mattress simply two twins together - EXTREMELY uncomfortable! Rug faded and overall décor very outdated. Thank goodness we only slept in our room, and didn't need to spend extended amount of time in there.

Oh no! Without your much needed patronage to uphold them, the whole Carnival cruise line will surely fall into bankruptcy......or maybe the ship will be free of at least one more needless complainer. Hard to say which one will prove to be true.

I thought the restrooms were very assessable and our cabin was very nice ,didn't use it except to sleep and shower our 2nd sailing is next year again with the Pride. We cannot wait

disagree. There are plenty of bathrooms and they are not hard to find.
