Review summary
I would recommend not using Carnival Cruise Line. We went on the Pride out of Baltimore, MD, the line to get into the terminal wrapped around the corner of the building. I didn't expect having to stand outside for hours just to get in the building.
The food on the boat was unimpressive, we cook better food at home. I asked for extra salad dressing at the Normandie sit down restaurant and was told no, it's all premixed.
I did enjoy Guy's Burgers.
Are destinations Grand Turk and Half Moon Cay were awesome. Freeport, Bahamas a huge disappointment, they are still recovering from hurricanes (1 from 8 mts ago, 1 from 2004).
Ivars at Shore Excursion desk on the Pride has a terrible customer service attitude. He sold us 4 bus tickets last minute to tour the island, spent $144 to see run down buildings and hotels that are falling down. When we spoke to him he said you got what you paid for. They shouldn't be selling this tour, I saw plenty of this driving through New York and New Jersey for free.
