Review summary
Overall I was satisfied, wasn't my first time cruising so I knew what to expect. I knew that Hurricane Mathew destroyed Freeport and we wouldn't of been able to go there so an extra day in Freeport would of been great instead of 5 days at sea but that doesn't take away from my overall experience.
Embarkation was different than any other time that I cruised. My check in time was 11a-11:30a and by 11:30a we had our room key in hand for them to have us sit in the waiting area for an hour before they started boarding... If the boat wasn't going to be ready they could change embarkation times to 12:30p because it really isn't a long tedious process to get on the boat.
Last thing I will say is that waiting until 6a the morning you arrive back at port to hand out liquor isn't a good idea. A better system should be put in place for that, you already know what room ordered what a delivery would be more feasible because many people are preparing their families to exit the boat. They wasn't even ready until 6:15a and although I gained an extra hour on that final night I lost two hours.
