Review summary
After deciding to book a cruise on the Pride because of the convenience of driving to the Port, I was pleasantly surprised in all aspects of our trip. Boarding and embarkation was a breeze. The ship was spotless and we were impressed that the crew was always cleaning. The food was wonderful in the dining room as well as at the buffet on the Lido deck. David's Steakhouse was worth every penny and perhaps one of the best restaurants we have been too. They made it extra special with a birthday dessert and song. Our balcony stateroom was more that roomy and our steward was very attentive. All of the excursions were short so we decided to enjoy the beach both in Grand Turk and Half Moon Cay. The water and beach at Half Moon Cay was the clearest I've ever seen. We shopped a little at the shops outside of the ship in Freeport but opted to relax on the ship for the rest of the visit. It's been awhile since cruising with Carnival and will definitely be cruising with the again.
