Review summary

It's a shame. the boat was lovely, the majority of the staff was very helpful. 3 major problems 1. I have been sick for an entire week and been to the doctors twice and both times they have concurred I picked up a nasty virus from this cruise. 2. Our destinations change without us knowing? U say u sent us an email, yeah didn't get that until we were in baltimore. 3. I walk with a cane, the ship was incredibly rocky the first 2 days so I needed to get a wheelchair so I would stop falling. You actually charged me $175.00 -- that is some crappy customer service. This is the 2nd time I've given carnival a chance and if I realized anything. You get what you pay for.

First off I don't care if I was rude. IT WAS MY REVIEW!!! Nobody said you had to comment, Why do you think you have the right to tell me what I can and cannot say. It was my experience not yours so why do you even care. And if I was truly doing the poor me I would be trying to get compensation for a crappy cruise. I'M NOT!!! I just left my opinion, again "MY OPINION" for other people to take it for what it is worth. You don't like it, fine. And Mr know it all, really NON of your business but since you seem to be making it your business 3 out of the 5 of us got sick. Does that make it better?

Hang on, let me get this straight, the person I felt was being rude ( I had to go back and read the thread ), was prbyda. I felt his "good day sir" was condescending to JP0397. Maybe I read it wrong, but that's the way I saw it. Sorry for any misunderstanding JP.

I'm not rude at all. I'm sensible. Unless the ENTIRE SHIP, or at least a majority of the passengers, got sick, it's just something that happens sometimes. If you go to a restaurant and everyone eats the same thing and only YOU get sick, I guess you blame the restaurant in that case too? Did you go with anyone else on the cruise? Are THEY sick? Probably not since you would have mentioned it, so.... . I realize in today's world we have the "oh poor me" and "I have to blame SOMEONE" drama atmosphere, but common sense, I hope, will someday make a comeback. I'll refrain from commenting anymore because it's obviously not happening on this thread.

GOOD For you. UPDATE!! I ended up being sick for 16 days!!!!! And I myself have been on MANY cruises, and this is the first time I ever got sick!!! So please don't tell me who I can and cannot blame. and if you truly read my entire review you would know getting sick was NOT my only issue with this ship. Good day Sir!!!

Between my wife and I and our friends, we've been on a total of 43 cruises. No one has ever gotten sick. Sorry to hear about your bad luck, but that's all it is. Don't blame the ship.
