Review summary
Our checkin was fast and easy, the staff was polite and helpful.The ship was magnificent! The crew and officers were great as they seemed to anticipate what one needed and provided for that need quickly.The cruise director was good; but as stated above his announcements were irritating. The ship appeared to be virtually spotless and she is 10 years old but looks new and she is a good looking sleek vessel. We liked our cruise so much that we already(onboard) booked another cruise to Hawaii for January 2013!Ship experiences

Pros: Ship's food ,cleanliness,crew's caring and efficient service and MOST of all Bermuda
Cons: Trevor the cruise director's manner of speaking over the PA system (too strident, fast and VERY loud)
