Review summary

Ship headed to dry dock; sailed with broken propeller 75% of voyage; Having my table shake and rattle at meals is horrid! Staff, largely uneducated to their departments; Carnival is not TECH SAVY for the 2000's....get with it~~~

Staff does not know what broth or consomme is?!~ Come on, educate them; No deviation from menu - example: nausea wanted broth not food!!! Also by 4th night in dining room I was bored with menu; Maitre D TIP??? Never saw the man until Saturday when he "sucked" it up to each person.
