rooms DO have iceboxes, and ours had USB plugs. we were not expecting either after MULTIPLE calls to carnival guest services.

It has been many years since we had last cruised. The extra cost of the lobster and steak at dinner was surprising. There were issues with a family member that I was travelling with and food allergies. We should have been able to address those when we booked. It was a little distressing but was handled in the end.
