Review summary

My family of 5 went on the carnival paradise on 07/26/18. Our room had no air conditioning, the sink would not drain and our floor flooded with sewage! Guest services could not move us to another room and just apologized and brought us a fan. My kids would not even stay in our room with us because it was extremely hot and had a terrible odor. They slept with other family members on another floor. We also complained to corporate when we got off the ship and the only thing they will offer is a 300 dollar credit and 15 percent off a future cruise. They validated all of these issues with the ship but said that this is their protocol and they can’t offer anymore money. This is awful customer service. All I wanted was a refund for my cabin or even another cruise. The guest service line on the ship was an hour long with people from our same floor complaining about the same problems. Carnival is an awful cruise line who do not care about their customers.

Sorry but would have found me another cabin as we have done so once before... it's not good enough to just have an apology would of not had something like that to spoil my cruise and would not have waited until we got off to sort out the issue .. and yes the last thing I would want was another cruise and it's too late once your off to ask for any refund it's something that should of been handled straight away ...

You wanted a free cruise, but it's an awful cruise line? Yeah OK. Sorry you had a bad experience, but if it was that awful, a free cruise would be the last thing I want offered.
