I was not happy on this cruise that all... The ship was clean however not maintained very well... The cruise director was absolutely not good... ... they poured their drinks measured by a shot glass and then charged ridiculous amount for a vodka tonic... However Jason our dining room server was awesome... they're welcome aboard show was embarrassing to my first time guest... It just was not a good Cruise

It was an Awesome Cruise Trip especially the V.I.P shore excursion with Paco to Tulum Mexico it was the BEST. Can't wait to go again. Enjoyed every moment of our trip.

I have been to five cruises with carnival. Here are few thoughts on my last cruise.  The food was much better than its ever been!! Great job. Getting on and off the ship is still a hassle. We decided not to go to Grand Cayman island because the process became way too tedious. We were told to wait an hour after packing and waiting in line.  

My biggest disappointment was the stateroom we stayed at. It was our honey moon and no nice suites were available. So we chose a window stateroom on empress deck. Just so we can at least have a view. The window was so dirty we could barely see through it.  The TV was broken and kept going dark every two minutes.  The remote was broken and couldn't be used. Our queen bed was two single beds that kept moving apart every night creating a huge gap between us.  That was a problem.   I wish the huge tip that we had to drop at the end was also included in initial price.  I had no idea I had to drop that kind of cash in the end.  Overall we did enjoy the cruise.  Please make these improvementsites in the future. We still enjoyed the cruise!  Hope this helps. 

This was our first cruise and all I can say is awesome! We didn't have any preconceived expectations but the staff was great without being overbearing. Thanks to Robert our cabin director and Gedi, Anak and Hong who served us at the pool! The food was great because there were healthy choices as well. Was worried about that but we had all the great variety we wanted! Hats off to Carnival for making it a great first!

Two couples went and really enjoyed the activities. The Bectons went on several, well run excursions and the Rogers' enjoyed the ships many shows and were able to dance quite a bit.

We all had a great time.

This was our first cruise so we weren't really sure what to expect. The ship is older but very well kept. We were impressed with the crew!! How well they kept the ship, how courteous they were. We thank them for that. The comedy club was the greatest, we enjoyed all of the comedians especially Seth. All were very personable. Seth would hang out after his gig to talk to the audience. The music group that played by the casino bar was also amazing. We walked a lot and I don't think we managed to really see all of the ship. The gym was good as well. I worked out twice.

Overall we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves.

Overall we had a great time. Food was good, music shows and entertainment were overall good. Could add additional shows during the day. More activities in general would be appreciated.

Everything was good except few small things. 

Elation restaurant food was not good. It could have been much better. We infact preferred going to the buffet over sitting at Elation.

Camp Carnival people were very nice and friendly except one person. She was in the 6yr old group, looked like she was from Asia. We found her attitude and way of taking non professional and insensitive. The Other people at the camp carnival were awesome.

Our family had a blast on the Carnival Paradise. the only suggestion I have is to have more activities during the day on the days at sea. Most of the shows are after dinner. Meaning unless you like swimming in the pool or laying out in the sun, it tends to get a little boring by the second day at sea. They do have Bingo and little shows like the hairy chest contest and ice carving but those shows combined may take 2 hours of the day. Then you are left with eating and  drinking...

With that said...the employees are VERY polite and helpful! The port of call was a blast, the excursions are amazing! I'm not by any means complaining or putting the cruiseline down. I love cruises just wish there were shows during the day...

My friends and I went on this cruise to celebrate a bachelorette party for my soon to be sister in law and we had the time of our lives! The booking was so simple and the staff was very patient with our fun shenanigans and accommodated everything we needed! We would definitely go again! 

The crew were all friendly and the overall experience was good, the ship is getting old and showing its age. The food was OK nothing to brag about. The dinning room service was very good and the room attendant was also very good. The rest of the crew seemed friendly enough and kept to them selves. Can't say I could pick out anyone other then the waiter that went out of there way to enhance the experience overall.  

Late night dinner was horrible at 815 dinner slow service not being greeted no water no bread wait staff had had four larger table that got a lot of attention mind the smallest of the four didn't. 

Customer service desk was very rude.

 The ship was  old ship very confusing to get to your room to get any area of the ship was very confusing also the entertainment was poor wasn't enough to do on the ship Lido deck to stay busy but it didn't enjoy the cruise

Was very disappointed in that there was not a "ADULT ONLY" pool area... It was stated that there was a "ADULT ONLY" pool, we didn't find it or there was none... This was my first cruise and probably will be my last., unless I can find one with a adult area.  We went on this one because of the concert....thinking it was set-up for more adults than children.....I love children and have 4 grandchildren with respect for adults, I found on this trip the parents just let the children run, go and do as they please, no parental supervision....Totally disappointed.....It was not worth the money spend for the trip....

The staff throughout the ship was great.  Guest services staff was a bit stuffy but not rude. Calvin the cruise director had a great sense of humor. Everything else about the ship was just okay.  We kept waiting for a WOW factor but the food, decor and activities were good just not great.  Shows were entertaining but the music overpowered the singers.  We saw both comedians and one we liked and one not as much.  They need to balance the at sea day activities for smokers and nonsmokers.  There should be some that are not in the 'bar areas' - it is way to smokey for nonsmokers to venture in that area.  

My wife and I are in our forties and took our daughter who is a high school senior on a cruise for spring break. Carnival did an excellent job. Food was really good. Ship always had something fun going on but in no way was a party ship. We will definitely do another cruise and will probably choose carnival again. The ship crew was excellent and super friendly. 

I took my step daughter for her spring break and it was out first cruise. We had a fantastic time! Everything ran so smoothly! I was really impressed at how quickly the check in process was. I highly recommend Carnival. The food was nothing special but it wasn't bad.

I really enjoyed my vacation. This company did an outstanding job putting together our recent 5 Night Western Caribbean trip (Tampa Roundtrip). Our agent was proactive, creative, resourceful and responsive. Overall it was an outstanding experience working with this travel agency and an equally fantastic trip. 

Will never go on the Paradise again and will advise all others to stay away.  The ship is not well organized and with the exception of the dining room all other food choices are cafeteria only.  

We always do all inclusive Island resorts. My husband surprised me for my birthday and sent me on my first cruise.  It was very long days at sea, food was not great and if you wanted something different to eat or drink it was extra. I never seen my cabin staff, dinner staff was good but not enough to cover all the tables. When we got to Mexico we walked to down town, it was a nice 6 mile walk but then to get to any beach you might could swim in you needed to take a Taxi. We get to the beach and there is a fee to get on the beach. I guess I'm just spoiled to my all-inclusive resort. I will say I love the picture ideas and back drops they do but be prepared to spend money. I also like how they do dinner every night. In our case we sat with the same 6 people every night at dinner,  so that was nice to meet people. We had a great table of people.
