Very disappointing. I will not do a carnival cruise again. I would not recommend a carnival cruise again. I was not impressed that during a hurricane that the captain came over the load speaker to update us on the storm and had a very thick accent that was difficult to understand, and that someone did not come on the intercom after to translate or to tell us what was said. We felt out of the loop.

We had a great time! I am booking my next Carnival cruise this week! This was my first time sailing in an interior room and I was pleasantly surprised at how much room we had. Thanks for the outstanding service in every area!

Very disappointed in the quality of dingroom food

Brandon the cruise director was awesome. You can really tell he loves his job and making sure everyone has the best experience they can.

The Carnival Paradise staff always went way and beyond to provide the services to their customers. The ship was on the small side, and the buffet line can get very long during peak hours. Also, the breakfast menu in the buffet needs a little bit more variety. Lunch was awesome though, as it changes almost every day (i.e. Caribbean, French, Mexican, etc. on different days).

Everything was Great! We had a Blast! I recommend Carnival Cruise Line 100%

This cruise excel my expectation, from beginning to end. The only thing I can say was disappointing was in the size of the pool, is really small for the amount of people in the boat, in a 5 day trip i only had a opportunity to go in on the day we visited Cozumel, I went shop around and came back to the boat just to be able to enjoy some sun and pool time with my family.

Fantastic experience. Everything was first rate. The behind the scenes tour was a highlight for us. Captain Bonica and the crew were personable and clearly wanted the experience to be memorable. Our cabin steward and wait staff were most attentive. Every encounter with staff and crew were pleasant. Everyone was smiling and really made certain any needs were met. We will definitely sail with Carnival again.

Carnival always has better food than RCL. We did the Chef's Table and it was extensive but I wasn't really impressed, beware that they charge a service charge on the surcharge but they don't tell you that. I called and got the service charge refunded. I guess I wasn't impressed because I am such an extensive chef myself. It was a lot of fancy little dishes. I think it was the crab that made me throw up that night. I frankly would have rather done the Captains Reception and ate Prime Rib instead. :)

All in all had a good time the food was okay and was expecting to be a little better as the dinners in the dining room where a little Bland.

Would love to go back to Cuba! It was the best port of call!

would really have like to gone directly to Cuba and spent 3-4 days there. It was an incredible experience.

Very impressed with the refurbishment. The Crew was very pleasant and helpful! Anytime dining was exceptional. We enjoyed the comedians. We know that Carnival is known for having quite a few children on board, but they were allowed to run rampant through the halls into the wee hours of the morning. It was crazy! Carnival needs to have security peruse all decks throughout the evenings...

We enjoyed our cruise. Wish there was a little more to do on the ship. Such as a movie theater or a show or something at night. Other than that awesome

This was a 5-day cruise, stopping at Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico. The staff were polite and pleasant to interact with. The food was good, though the dining hall was often busy and it would take longer than usual for staff to take our orders or deliver food. The pool and water slide areas were quite crowded, especially during the day, so I did not use those facilities at all. Overall, a lovely experience on my first cruise.

Great vacation for a family with teens over 18. We enjoyed most of the entertainment such as piano bar, shows on main stage & the cruise director, Cam was great!

To sum it up I was very disappointed in this cruise I feel like this was the worst cruise ever for me in my friend. All out excursions was canceled that we had pick he did not want to just go to the beach he actually wanted to do some activities also the food the food was not great I love the food when I got the Carnival Pride the food was excellent there was nothing special about going to the dining room with the Mills in fact the food was better if we went upstairs and 8 on the dock they were too many kids running around late at night knocking my drinks out my hand my food over running on my feet I was just very dissatisfied and so was my friend

This is my first cruise with Carnival. I bought two excursions. One was feeding and petting sting rays and the second one was the Maya sport event with lunch. My family enjoyed both and the ship was clean, great service, and had plenty of onboard entertainment.
