This was a 5-day cruise, stopping at Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico. The staff were polite and pleasant to interact with. The food was good, though the dining hall was often busy and it would take longer than usual for staff to take our orders or deliver food. The pool and water slide areas were quite crowded, especially during the day, so I did not use those facilities at all. Overall, a lovely experience on my first cruise.

Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The food was tasty and met my expectations. I always went to the sit-down restaurant dining instead of the buffet; there were lots of small children in the buffet area since it connected with the pool deck. I wish there were more water fountain sources. It was slightly annoying to head to the 10th floor every time I wanted to refill my water bottle.
Onboard Activities

The pool and water slide area was very crowded all of the time, so I never used the pool. I went to the beach at Cozumel instead! Also, the provided blue Carnival towels have a tendency to rub dye off on certain materials, specifically my sunscreen bottle; it wasn't an issue at all, but it was strange.
My sister and I went to the gym a few times, 3 out of the 4 stationary bikes were broken or difficult to use in some way. Otherwise the gym was fine.
Entertainment

The stage shows were very well done, and entertaining to watch. Would highly recommend!
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The wait staff were always very friendly and polite! My family and I had the most interactions with the waitresses Jasmine, Ika, and Numphon, who were very pleasant and kind!
The room stewards and other housekeeping staff were also friendly and greeted my sister and I whenever we passed by.
There was a sign in the bathroom informing us that we could reuse our towels in an effort to be greener, but Housekeeping always replaced our towels even if we hung them on the rack to reuse. I'm not sure what the point of the sign was, if they always replaced our towels anyway. It was not an issue but I would like to help the environment if possible.

Ship tip
Bringing your own reusable water bottle is nice, so you don't have to constantly go to the buffet area if you need a drink of water.
My family went on a shore excursion "Beach Break" with a self-guided tour of the downtown area, followed by a few hours at a beach. Our tour guide was Shirley, she provided a very informative, pleasant tour experience.
Thank you for such a detailed review, I’m going on the same cruise in October and appreciate your input. 😊
There’s only one place to refill your water bottles? 😏
