Food was good ports were great but guest services could not figure anything out. Everyday there was a different financial disaster.

There were 3 main problems I had with this cruise: 1. The lack of quiet areas. If you want to read, look outside or play games, it is near impossible to find a nice place to sit without music. (It is definitely a cruise line for extroverts!) 2. The layout of the ship. Because there was no deck that went all the way around, I couldn't walk laps. It was very oddly laid out. 3. The lack of activities I enjoyed. Most activities were late at night, for kids, or paid for only. I was really hoping to play bingo, just for fun, but it cost money to participate. Very disapointing.

Great vacation! We really enjoyed our time on the excursions. Not too expensive.

We had a fun cruise. Very much enjoyed Havana, Tampa, Cozumel and Key West. All the excursions we chose were fun and entertaining. Loved the shows on Board and the cruise was lovely. Singing along in the Atrium with a hundred other people was fabulous. Leon the entertainment director was really great. Great memories! Loved it.

I will not consider this cruise again. You are charged extra for upgrades that are considered good service on Royal Caribbean.

Our first cruise, we really have nothing to compare it to. We did enjoy it, entertainment was good, Cruise directors were great. Our room was perfect, 99% of the staff was very accommodating.

There was a terrible odor in our cabin apparently from the air conditioning vent one day and Carnival showed no desire to address the issue and instead kept ignoring our problem. This makes me very concerned about the quality of the air in the cabins since an odor like this can come through the vent. Disembarkation terribly disorganized. Carnival does not seem to care about the passengers as much as they should.

One of the nicest, friendliest cruise we had been on in a ling time. Weather was not good, but did not matter.

Great vacation! We truly enjoyed ourselves! We were ready to book our next one before we got back to the port. Next time we'll take our family.

A great experience for Carnival. Not the fanciest cruise line out there. But affordable. This ship was clean and the staff was friendly.

This is good if you are in the party and dance 24/7 mode. Dancing in the formal dining room is a good reason not to go back. There are plenty of places to dance. That should not be one. Communication is poor at best, even with an app that everyone has. It is amazing that this is not streaming live data about what is going on. We saw Havana. Otherwise this is for young families or party people I guess.

Overall a great cruise! The entertainment was great! The service was great! Loved the kids club!

The cruise was fine. It was our first as a family and I would not recommend this for anyone with kids as there's not much excitement onboard when not at port.

I had read a lot of reviews and went into it not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised. Don't expect luxury on Carnival, but if you can bel ayed back and easy going, you will have fun. Also, the New Year's Eve party was fun. Champagne was flowing and music was blaring and every one had a great time.

Fun and relaxing. Much needed trip. Being from Ohio and going to the Caribbean during December and January is paradise. Both my teenage sons loved it also.

Everything is rated above. We'd never been on a family cruise before. Overall I'd give it a "B" grade. My wife and I did spa treatments and had a Chinese acupuncturist talk with us beforehand (not forced but felt like it) and then at the conclusion of spending $350 for couples massage our therapists pressured us into purchasing the lotions they used. We didn't, but they were way too pushy. We just wanted to relax and go back to our children. This is an area for improvement. Most of the ship's employees were great, especially Mr. P our cabin steward and the Elations wait staff. Need a few more activities, more deck chairs around the swimming pool and warmer water in the pool to prevent everyone from crowding the hot tubs.

Erin,cruise director, so much fun, personable and made trip! Love, Love Sal and Trina (personal shopping guides) their knowledge of port shops invaluable. Emily (cruise fun host) was sweet and adorable. We loved our Christmas cruise, the towel animal exhibit Xmas AM by the pool was awesome. Cant wait to go again.

Carnival exceeded our expectations! This was our third cruise, but our first time with Carnival. This was a fantastic cruise on the Carnival Paradise. Embarkation took only minutes, and our suite was ready for us. We did the Your Time dining which was very simple. We only had to wait one night, and it was for less than 10 minutes. The dinners and Seaday brunch was delicious. The staff on this ship was incredible. I will be booking Carnival again!

DO NOT EVER book through cruise only.com, they offered me some on board credit and I never got it. I called they're rude and didn't want to help
