Numerous financial disasters. They booked 8 people on chefs table from some fanthom email. Then it was an absolute disaster trying to get rooms credited back. They never produced original email requesting this even tho we asked for it 3 or 4 times. I paid for shuttle from ship to airport but was not given that. Charges were put on my card I never authorized. They continued to charge 1 daughters card 3 days after we were off the ship. Just an absolute financial disaster. Guest services had a real problem trying to figure out how to correct mistakes
