Review summary

There was a terrible odor in our cabin apparently from the air conditioning vent one day and Carnival showed no desire to address the issue and instead kept ignoring our problem. This makes me very concerned about the quality of the air in the cabins since an odor like this can come through the vent. Disembarkation terribly disorganized. Carnival does not seem to care about the passengers as much as they should.

The main dining room was a joke. We went the first night and that was it. The food was okay, but the set-up and atmosphere was like a cafeteria. Not even close to other dining experiences we had on other cruises with other providers. Guy's Burgers were excellent, though and breakfast was pretty good!

When we mentioned an odor in our room to the steward he said, "It will go away" and when we asked him to call his superior he did so and talked to them and walked away without saying anything to us.

Terribly disorganized and very little cruise line personnell around to make the disembarkation smooth. It seemed like the first time they ever did this. The one thing that will stick in our mind more than anything and keep us from using Carnival again.
