hears my brief summary my daughter had to be admitted to the hospital the nite before the cruise and i did not have insurance,so i had to go on the cruise without her and my wife,,,me and my other daughter had a bad time because it was supposed to be a family trip.we were very down the entire trip,and cruise.com did nothing to help us out,if i didnt go on the cruise i would of lost the money i spent on the booking 2900.00,,,when i called customer service to explain the situation they were like you have no insurance we cant help you,,,this is the way you treat customers,really,i will never book with cruise.com again and i will make sure all my friends and family know my experience,i work for homeland security and i have know over 1000 officers that will here this story,,,,

Relaxing time, great program for our teen grandchildren!

I loved it! Everyone was very professional and friendly. There was so much to do. The towel animals on the beds every day was a great touch ❤️

Overall, this cruise was extremely enjoyable and had everything we needed to feel satisfied and to enjoy every minute of this cruise.

The ship needs to be overhauled. Rooms are very small.

We enjoyed everything . Do you only thing we wish for is that we knew ahead of time that it was spring break and all those kids were there .Do you only problem we had was for three nights we couldn’t sleep because the kids were very noisy in the hallway at three in the morning

Enjoyable and relaxing. Did not appreciate the gratuity being added automatically to my bill. I would've left more, so you jipped your employees.

Highlights: Chef's Table! Dining room dinners Staff/Service Lowlights: Lukewarm hot tubs Very long wait to get off and into Key West! Misinformation - Did not know what deck to disembark! Information given regarding how to activate the beverage package on our sign and sail cards. Was told to go to a specific cafe on the ship to get it activiated only to find out that the cafe did not exist. Family members where given instructions to show up on a specific day for a casino tournament only to find out that no one knew anything about it. They were told to come back the next day.

Relaxing, quiet.enjoyed the vacation. Just hassled about paying our bill in cash, after having left a credit card on file. We spent our cash in Cuba, and ATMs didn't work. Worried we couldn't get off ship, without hustling cruisers for cash on Lido deck!

Poor food and Unfriendly staff! Entertainment is lacking! Stay away! Better cruises exist on many other cruise lines!

This was a good beginner cruise. Glad I took it but need to step up to the longer and better cruises

This cruise was just what we wanted. A girls getaway! We had so much fun with my memories to last a lifetime! Couldn't have been any better!
