We enjoyed our time on the boat. It wasn’t as nice as we expected but we had cruised royal Caribbean the time before and felt that that cruise ship was nicer. It also may have been a poor choice on our part to choose a cruise during college spring break week. Had lots of drunken college students along for the ride with us. They were fun to watch some of the time but pretty much dominated the pools and hot tubs. Getting on the ship went smoothly but getting off did not so don’t book your flight home too early on the return day.

When I booked this cruise I was under the impression that I paid for all the gratuities when I paid for the cruise in full so according to my bill I paid twice for myself and my cabin partner, also I ordered the bottomless Bubbles package for both of us and I couldn't even get a bottle of water! I needed water in my room so we could take our medication, and for 56.00 a person we should of been able to have bottles and cans of soda in our room.

Enjoyed sharing my cruise with my friend and a first time cruiser. I like the size of the boat and going out of Tampa.

We intended to go to lounges and enjoy musicians, do some adult things, and just have a good time laying back. Instead, we found an overcrowded all adult area, and even to get a Pepsi was an up charge. The biggest disappointment was, we needed Internet, and while we paid for it, we almost never had access to the Internet. We have a handicapped child at home and needed to be able to call them at all times. The Internet service was abhorrent. Overall it was not what literature promised on too many fronts. Is this how all Carnival cruises are? Very disappointing.

Decent cruise for the price. Not much to say more than that.

Great HONDURAS location but most of the people that go I didn't enjoy. Really bad experience with the food. Only elation dining room was exelent. The drinks package is expensive. My wife doesn't drink alcohol and I was forced to get the alcohol package for both people in the reservation, not fair at all. I play casino and the casino doesn't even offer you a bottle of water, even if you are playing thousands of dollars. Book this if you want a cheap way to visit Roatan, Honduras.

It was my first time ever taken a cruise I am 55 years old. Our room had a sewer leak took him 3 days to move us to a new room when we were on board the first day I tried to order the drink package they messed that up so I never got the drink package and I got a bill for over $400 in alcohol not happy at all my suggestion make sure everything is done before you even bored to ship

It was great time we had. Service, food, show everything was great.

Someone needs to email me to get a refund on the Philip stein bracelets bought in Cozumel. My sister and I are extremely disappointed in the run around we are getting. The insider on carnival said we had a 90day refund from carnival and 30 day from stein. Stein said no! Waiting on carnival! $195 for me and $199 for my sister. Pure lies to make a sale so far!!!

This was a trial run with our 9 and 6 yo and it was wonderful! Also if you’re a suite guest you get priority everything! No lines getting on or off the ship. Which was huge! The lines were super long.

This was a great trip and we look forward to more in the future!

Quick 5 day cruise...We have been on this ship 7 times... Very relaxing, nothing real fancy...

When I booked the cruise through you, I never got the $50 credit I was supposed to get.

The entire experience was smooth and magical. Everything was easy to select and I could tell our cruise line has the experience to know how to meet the needs of each client.

I booked this trip through a travel agency at . I had no idea I went through this agency and was very misleading. Through this channel I ended up having more headaches getting certain excursions booked and other packages. Additionally, I ended up paying more for this trip than my friends did going directly with carnival.

It was a great winter get-a-way. The serenity deck was a treat! The ship was well maintained and clean. The staff was great. We especially loved the shows and the piano bar.

We hada great time. The cruise staff were amazing. The piano bar with Kyle was fun! The excursions were awesome!

paradise was small ship -Lei Lei the director was awesome, very animated, great energy very small pool, small "water park" like 3-4 slides, not much to do outside on top deck for kids besides the mini golf and ping pong table. food was great - loved guys burgers! photographers were very aggressive, took about 3-6 pics at each backdrop [about 5+ backdrops a night] photos were printed on display to grab attention then "recycled" if not bought - terrible idea given the pictures were SO expensive, $15-20 a piece. 4 year old LOVED the ocean kids club - great staff. Joined bingo and deal or no deal, very fun!

Great holiday cruise for families, it's something for everyone.
