Review summary

When I booked this cruise I was under the impression that I paid for all the gratuities when I paid for the cruise in full so according to my bill I paid twice for myself and my cabin partner, also I ordered the bottomless Bubbles package for both of us and I couldn't even get a bottle of water! I needed water in my room so we could take our medication, and for 56.00 a person we should of been able to have bottles and cans of soda in our room.

The description page for the Bottomless Bubbles clearly states only soda and select juices are included meaning bottle water is not included. As for prepayment of gratuities that's easy enough to verify using your final booking confirmation email and your on board folio statement. If truly double charged Carnival's resolution dept will reimburse to the original form of payment upon notification and being shown copies of the above documents.

Always go right to the customer service when starting your cruise on the first day and have them take the gratuities off and u can pay the room steward yourself at the end of the cruise.

Thank you for taking the time to share your cruise with us. Sorry you had a bad time with the beverage package. I have not had any problem with the beverage package, but I take the email receipt that shows I purchased it with me on the cruise. That way if they forget to put it on your sign and sail card you can get a new card from Customer Services.
