Expected more--surprised at the things that I found objectionable. The water situation and the manner that it was handled was kind of the last straw. I had a good time--I probably would have had a good time in a rowboat becasue it was vacation with my grandkids and family, but Carnival has work to do in areas that weren't like this the last time I sailed with them.

Servers were not the best--We've cruised 6 or 7 previous times and this was an unexpected downer compared to previous cruises. Same type of decent choices on the menus, but general interest and attentiveness was lacking.

Ship's stewards were just OK, rather inconsistent and not thorough. Just because one can make an animal out of a towel, does not mean that that person is a good steward. Friendly, but just average.

The cabin itself was not in the condition one would expect for a suite, The first impression was OK, but upon further examination, the place needed a good re-cleaning, as fingerprints on glass, etc, were immediately apparent--not what one would expect on a ship of ANY age, especially for the price. Also, the water quality was terrible, and we recieved a small, but not adequate credit for the lack of water quality, after housekeeping, and guest services became involved. The Asst in Guest Services was a snippy little shrew.
Faster than I expected, although it was for early flight time constraints--As usual, lots of people in the halls, crowding, etc--many milling around, and many that really probably shouldn't have been for early debarkation.
Can I ask work in what ? You had a vacation in the school holidays we never do holidays have had 18 cruises and never had a problem!!! Also what was objectionable ?and what was the water situation? Why give three stars ⨠if it was so bad can you elaborate? ....
