Meh, was only so-so by Ymommy

Sail Date: / Traveled As: Family (young children)

Size and cleanliness were great! The comfort of the sofa bed was acceptable. The noise level was unacceptable. We heard footsteps from overhead all the time, and noise from the hallway was too much as well. I doubt that I would stay on this ship again if I were to try Carnival a second time.

Carnival Paradise - Key West and Havana by catherineprince

Sail Date: / Traveled As: Couple

We paid several thousand dollars for our Grand Suite and upon arrival found excessive dust all over the dressers and counters and to make that worse, there was hair from the prior guests on counters, dressers and the bathroom floor.....totally gross. We reported it and the room was cleaned up a little but was still not truly clean. The closet was so dusty that when removing a blanket or life jackets, the dust was overwhelming.....we were truly surprised at how dirty the room was and that we were also only provided one bar of soap in the bathroom - no other amenities whatsoever. So not worth what we paid.

Renovate this ship please! by hnhoward7

Sail Date: / Traveled As: Family (young children)

The most disappointing part was the state of our cabin! We paid over $500/night for what I would expect to see at a Super 8 or La Quinta Inn. The room and bathroom especially were horribly old and in major need of renovation. It felt dirty and so tiny our 10yr old nearly bumped her head on ceiling of shower. Our room steward made the room as clean as he could but it's really the age that makes it feel dirty. There's layers of caulk, paint, patching in bathroom that are just dying to be ripped out. Please get with it and stop ripping passengers off with false photos of rooms! If I saw that room in pics, I never would've paid for it! I would've made sure to book another ship. My grandparents and parents also booked on the same ship and the same experience. None of us will ever use this ship again.
