Review summary

Excellent cruise for our family. We were disappointed the land stops were altered and not able to see Grand Cayman. Wonderful service on the ship in all areas; tours were better than expected; will travel with Carnival again.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had the best cabin attendants you could have offered. Friendly; helpful; attentive at all times; very personal to my entire family in both cabins. Rooms were always clean and comfortable.

Ship tip

Do not miss the dining in any of the restaurants; excellent food - even the grill by the pool area.

I booked a a paradise cruise for June last month and it states the iteniary is costa maya and grand Cayman so the fact I'm getting 25 bucks and my boyfriend is great that's 50 to go towards the 129 gratuity fee. but for those who purchased in advance with the idea they were going to gc I can understand their frustration.

Call Carnival & see what explanation they give. I wanted my family to enjoy Grand Cayman & like everyone else...Got Cozumel. Received notice from Carnival a few weeks before sailing. Now I know it's Carnival's issue because all the other cruise ships are going to Grand Cayman. Not to beat a dead horse but, they know already that the Paradise isn't going there...but continue to falsely sell the Grand Cayman cruise itinerary. The old Bait & Switch I guess.

I think we all booked for Grand Cayman. 😰 I thought I read earlier there's a problem with the engines. The ship can't cruise fast enough to make Grand Cayman.

Why have they not been stopping in Grand Cayman? We have booked this for July specifically for that port

None of the Paradise cruises make the Grand Cayman island stop in the last year. Same thing happened to us when we went February of 2016. Carnival should change the Itinerary & it would eliminate the complaints.
